surprisingly charmed by this hotel
clean rooms helpful staff
staff have been helpful and cute. the hotel has been a fantastic experience. it is a hotel i will revisit.
ordering basic drinks took ages, service was slow. the mini bar had some items which we were advised were only for initial arrival. i mean, are they not premium?

my room included several wonderful toiletries like soap, lotion, and toothbrushes. it was spacious and nicely decorated and the rooms are also very clean. everything was very functional and very well thought out.

the pools are beautiful and inviting. the hotel offered a wide choice of sport activities. the hotel has a sandy beach perfect. the hotel has two swimming pools plus one children's pool with a small aquapark.

rodent sighting dishonest review
the hotel was clean and the facilities were good i cannot fault this aspect.
the hotel experience was disappointing the personal assistant generated positive reviews on platforms this made me feel uneasy i found rodents on the balcony this was concerning it made my stay less enjoyable.
